Main Job Duties:
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Greet visitors, and answer phone calls to direct for appropriate parties or take messages.
• Supporting HR & Admin departments.
• Perform office secretarial jobs such as attending & recording meeting,reading & sorting incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Handle the business trips and annual leaves process for company employees or visitors.
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems.
• Use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
• Communicate with all company departments heads to obtain or gather business information inquiries.
• Handle Company petty cash, and ensure of existing of stationary materials as work needs.
