Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize production schedules, monitor workflows, manage resources, and ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and manage costs effectively.
  • Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing processes, quality control checks, batch records, and compliance reports
