Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are searching for a talented and professional Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of the site (including the representative office in Saudi), with a focus on accounting, finance, logistics, and general services.

The organization is a dynamic and fast-growing commercial entity with an international team and a strong presence in the local market. The Dubai office will also serve as a strategic hub for future development within the Middle East region.

This role ensures process efficiency, compliance with local regulations, and strategic support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be part of the Leadership Team and will play an active role in developing a strong organizational culture while driving operational strategies focused on collaboration and efficiency.

• Finance & Accounting

  • Manage operational budgets and monitor cost control
  • Oversee local accounting and financial activities
  • Coordinate with HQ finance department for reporting and compliance

• Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Optimize logistics flows and supply chain operations
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Monitor performance and implement KPIs

• General Services

  • Ensure company compliance with local laws (legal, tax, etc.)
  • Support the operational needs of the Saudi operations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields

• 5+ years of experience in international environments with a focus on the UAE market

• Strong knowledge of financial and logistics operations

• Leadership, problem-solving, and change-management skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
