Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, security, and environmental services to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Develop and implement facility management strategies and procedures, aligning them with organizational goals and budgetary constraints for optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met to guarantee cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facilities to identify and address potential issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field to establish a strong foundation of knowledge.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as CFM or FMP, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the profession.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, showcasing practical application of skills.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, for effective problem-solving.
