Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end retail and back-office operations for all jewellery outlets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to ensure consistency in store operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with supply chain and production teams for timely replenishment of stock.
- Oversee logistics and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels across all stores and warehouses.
- Ensure accurate stock counts, transfers, and reconciliations.
- Work closely with finance and procurement to manage purchase orders, vendor relationships, and cost control.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the jewellery, luxury, or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of retail processes, inventory management systems, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving License is mandatory
