Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end retail and back-office operations for all jewellery outlets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to ensure consistency in store operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and production teams for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Oversee logistics and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor inventory levels across all stores and warehouses.
  • Ensure accurate stock counts, transfers, and reconciliations.
  • Work closely with finance and procurement to manage purchase orders, vendor relationships, and cost control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the jewellery, luxury, or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail processes, inventory management systems, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving License is mandatory
