Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee site supervision to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Implement and monitor quality control systems across all active projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Lead staff supervision and ensure performance standards are met.
  • Coordinate with and manage subcontractors for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and review BOQs, quotations, and cost estimations.
  • Maintain strong client communication and customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Engineering Degree or Diploma (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
  • Background in Interior Fit-Outs or Property Maintenance is essential.
  • Strong Project Management experience.
  • Excellent English communication and organisational skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates whose engineering credentials are accredited by Dubai Municipality.
