Supervise staffs (Front Office, Jetty Coordinators, Captains, Crews, and Runners)
Develop employee morale and prepare and conduct Trainings for the Operations Team (First Aid, Safety Procedures, Hygiene, Customer Service, etc.)
Manage Incident Reports
Conduct monthly meetings with the entire Operations Team
Coordinate with Sales Manager and Maintenance Manager
Responsible for the day to day management of the operations of the company
Conduct performance appraisal/review for all members of the department
Enforce compliance of operations personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations to ensure smooth operation
Roam around the jetty and check on captains, crew, and coordinators to ensure they are doing their job properly.
Monitor and improve the overall performance of the company.
Ensures safety regulations are being followed.
Perform other duties as assigned by Managing Director.
Should be graduate
Should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
Should have Effective communication (oral and written) skills
Must possess strong initiative and leadership skills and should be smart and proactive.
