- Focuses on daily operations of the factory, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Manages logistics, material supply, and production scheduling.
- Works to optimize processes and maintain quality standards.
The job of manufacturing operation manager involves overseeing the daily operations at a manufacturing facility to ensure efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising the manufacturing personnel to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource use, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Coordinating with various departments such as procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and streamline production schedules.
- Implementing and monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Analyzing production data to identify areas for operational improvement and implementing strategic initiatives to boost efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor s degree in an industry-specific area such as production engineering or business management.
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role in a medical factory
