Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all landscape operations, ensuring efficient execution of grounds maintenance, horticultural care, and project installations.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance service quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of landscape professionals, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation for maximum operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Procure and manage landscape materials, equipment, and vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply chains.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale landscape projects and maintenance contracts.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of horticultural practices, plant materials, and landscape installation techniques.
- Proficiency in landscape management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
