Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of wellness and aesthetic clinics, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient experience, including appointment scheduling and patient flow management.
  • Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment, including performance evaluations and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality, leveraging data analysis and process optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track clinic performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive revenue growth, including patient satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and products, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste, including vendor relationship management.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and control expenses, maximizing profitability and return on investment.
  • Implement and maintain marketing initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones, including digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty, including conflict resolution and empathy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in the wellness and aesthetic fields, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth, including continuous professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the wellness, spa, or aesthetic industry, with a focus on clinic management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, including staff training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and patient confidentiality, including HIPAA.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, including experience with P&L statements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
  • Proficiency in using clinic management software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, including data analysis.
  • Results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement, including data driven decision making.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including attention to detail.
  • A passion for the wellness and aesthetic industry, with a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies, including market research and analysis.
