Provide training, coaching and consultation support to Samref employees in Crafts positions.
Assist in the preparation and administration of the development programs that qualify employees/trainees become crafts full position holders. Contribute also to the training of college students.
Skills
Educational Requirements or Equivalent:
Technical College Diploma and Formal Training Qualification.
Previous Experience Required:
7 Years minimum years of experience required in refinery / petrochemical experience, including experience as an instructor.
Specialized Knowledge:
Refinery processes, equipment and craftsmen skills. Communication abilities, both written and verbal. Computer skills and good knowledge in simulation system.

Formed in 1981, Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd. (SAMREF) is responsible for the development, construction, ownership, and operation of crude oil. SAMREF is a joint venture between Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) and Mobil Yanbu Refining Company Inc. (a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil Corporation). After completing the construction of the state-of-the-art facilities, the company commenced operations in 1984. When started, the design capacity was 263,000 barrels per day of Arab Light Crude. Today, it processes about 402,000 barrels of Arab Light Crude per day through bringing continuous improvement in the facility.
