Oracle Apex Developer Fama Technologies

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer with strong expertise in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing business applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

1. Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Oracle APEX applications, including forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows based on business requirements.
2. Write, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries for application logic and backend processing.
3. Develop and maintain modules using Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports, and support migration or integration with APEX applications.
4. Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX for enhanced user experience.
5. Perform database design, data modeling, and performance tuning to ensure efficient application performance and data integrity.
6. Integrate applications with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and external systems using secure and scalable integration approaches.
7. Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the development cycle.
8. Implement application-level and data-level security, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.
9. Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, user guides, release notes, and support documents.
10. Collaborate with business teams, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and support production environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle APEX development
• Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database
• Proficiency in Oracle Forms & Oracle Reports
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON
• Understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, and ORDS
• Experience with performance tuning and database optimization
• Knowledge of Accounting or Supply Chain domains (preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
