Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Unifier, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.

  • Collaborate with business users and internal teams to capture, validate, and implement requirements.

  • Configure and manage Unifier modules such as Cost Management, Schedule Management, Contract Management, Project Controls, Workflows, Reporting, and Document Management.

  • Ensure seamless integration with Primavera P6/EPPM, Aconex, Candy, BIM, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications.

  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements as part of continuous improvement.

  • Conduct testing, user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards in Unifier.

  • Align implementations with industry best practices, project governance frameworks, and organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field

  • Other Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and project controls.

    • Hands-on expertise in Unifier workflows, cost and contract management, reporting, and dashboards.

    • Experience integrating with Aconex, Candy, and Oracle ERP is desirable.

    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM.

  • Proven track record of 2 3 end-to-end Oracle Unifier implementations in the EPC / Construction industry.
