Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Order Fulfillment & Logistic Manager to ensure the efficient execution of the Order to Cash (OTC) process, from order confirmation to delivery and installation (D&I). You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining cost efficiency. This role involves managing third-party logistics (3PL), optimizing logistics costs, and supporting sales forecasting processes to achieve business objectives.
Your Impact
- Oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring customer expectations are met regarding experience and cost efficiency.

Ensure the implementation and achievement of KPIs related to TECHNOGYM CARE activities.

Proactively manage 3PLs, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and delivering a superior D&I customer experience.

Collaborate with the sales team to minimize backlog, reduce slippage, and support sales objective achievement.

Ensure accurate and compliant invoicing, adhering to local fiscal laws and IFRS Group Revenue Recognition policies.

Assist the Country Manager in developing accurate and reliable sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly, semester, year-end).

Maintain high standards of data quality, consistency, and reliability in order processing and portfolio management.

Guarantee an effective Close the Loop process, aligned with Technogym policies.

Promote governance and compliance within the Order to Cash process.

Drive continuous improvement in logistic costs, stock optimization, and lean, effective OTC processes.

Build and lead a competent, customer-oriented, and engaged team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a high degree of empathy. You are hands-on and willing to play the game on the field, supporting the team, as well as proactive and capable of being a change agent.
What you should bring:
- Proven experience in Order Fulfillment, Logistics Management, or a related field, ideally within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, delivery & installation processes, and importation (overseas).
- Financial acumen and cost management capabilities.
- Proficient in project management, problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership that inspires colleagues and customers, combined with team management and high empathy.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with ERP/WMS systems.
