Roles & Responsibilities

We’re Hiring! | Order Management Engineer – LV Automation | Dubai


A leading industrial automation multinational is looking for a dynamic Order Management Engineer for Low Voltage Automation to be based in Dubai (JAFZA), supporting operations across the Middle East region.


Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage order processing for LV Automation products across the Middle East

  • Coordinate between customers, regional office, and global manufacturing plants

  • Monitor projects from PO receipt to final delivery

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics & Manufacturing teams

  • Track contract milestones, shipments, and order status updates

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships


Product Portfolio: VFDs (General & HVAC), Industrial Drives, Soft Starters, PLCs, Control Components, Capacitors, and related LV Automation products

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

  • 5+ years experience in LV Automation / VFDs / Industrial Drives

  • Hands-on experience in retrofit & replacement projects for LV Drives

  • Strong technical & commercial understanding

  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS, logistics, and contract management

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Familiarity with SAP & MS Office preferred

  • Willing to travel for factory training & FAT
