Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Purchase order management for local and global suppliers

Tracking / follow up on orders (global & local)

Requesting order confirmation from suppliers

Expediting delivery of orders to the relevant destination

Investigation of order deviations & claim management of all orders

Escalation level to purchasing coordinator

Ident price updates & creation on new parts for the region

Proper Documentation & Control

Create comparison matrix, demand scales and monitoring dates

Market Research


Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with 2-3 years experience in Order Management in Purchasing Department

Proven experience in following up on orders / sales

Should have excellent Communication skills in Spoken & Verbal English

Excellent in MS Office

Proven ability to work in a team

Flexibility to work in Dubai & Fujairah will be an added advantage
