Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Packing & Sealing: Placing products into containers, using packing tools (tape guns, scanners) to secure items for transit.

  • Quality Inspection: Inspecting items for defects, damage, or missing parts before final packaging.

  • Labelling & Documentation: Applying accurate shipping labels and recording detailed information about each package.

  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean work area and complying with all safety guidelines.

  • Inventory Assistance: Tracking inventory of packaging materials (boxes, tape) and reporting low stock to supervisors

  • Assist skilled trades people by carrying materials and tools to job sites, ensuring a smooth workflow.

  • Perform basic construction tasks such as packing, lifting, and moving heavy objects to support project progress.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization on-site, removing debris and hazardous materials promptly to ensure safety.

  • Support the installation and assembly of structures by holding materials in place and following instructions from supervisors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, showcasing a foundational level of education.

  • Previous experience in construction or manual labour roles is advantageous, ideally 1-2 years.

  • Candidates with experience in specific industries such as construction, landscaping, or manufacturing will stand out.
