Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials and tools to job sites, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects to support project progress.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization on-site, removing debris and hazardous materials promptly to ensure safety.
  • Support the installation and assembly of structures by holding materials in place and following instructions from supervisors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, showcasing a foundational level of education.
  • Previous experience in construction or manual labor roles is advantageous, ideally 1-2 years.
  • Certification in safety training (e.g., OSHA) is desirable, reflecting a commitment to workplace safety.
