Role Purpose Performs HR planning to determine twofour54 long & short-term workforce plans for the company taking into account projected growth & expansion of various Departments and nationalization plans. Works on the company workforce budget process cycle according to the approved annual budget. Ensures that no variation, unless approved by management, in the implementation of the annual budget. Ensures proper coordination with all departments for accurate collation of workforce data estimates. Identifies current and future company workforce requirements in order to develop the required plans that will enable twofour54 to meets its strategic objectives Duties & Responsibilities
• Reviews the internal Workforce demographics trends such as occupations, grade levels, organizational structure, national origin, gender, age, length of service, retirement eligibility and provide analytical reports and recommendations to management
• Critically examines current practices with respect to workforce in the local, regional and international areas to recommend improvements in the existing Workforce Planning system
• Reviews and monitors staff information database to ensure accurate and complete statistical information relating to the demographic data on workforce composition/structure. Highlights to superior major imbalances and areas of concern for decision/resolution.
• Provides assistance in evolving healthy policies and procedures for Human Resources, mainly in the field of Workforce.
• Reviews nationalization statistics and prepares reports/statistics detailing areas of weaknesses; recommends to superiors measures for implementing policy on nationalization.
• Reviews and analyses data and prepares detailed breakdown for Management s Information.
• Performs any other related duties as required.
• Responds to Departments on any queries regarding the workforce budget process/submission/changes. Checks to ensure that all requests are as per the approved workforce budget; discusses any variations prior to approval.
• Forecasts twofour54 workforce supply and demand and review current and future workforce needs.
• Prepares and analyses various statistical and /or quantitative reports on regular basis, i.e. turnover and demographic reports to facilitate management decisions on related issues.
• Coordinates the knowledge management sessions in handling the announcement and nominees and all required follow up.

Desired Candidate Profile


• Bachelor s degree preferably in Business, Management HR or Statistics. Specialized training in Workforce Planning.
• CIPD in HR
• Expert level - Microsoft Office applications (Especially Excel Sheets)
• Fluency in written and verbal business English
• 4-6 years professional experience in reviewing and monitoring Workforce functions.
