Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives aligned with the academy s strategic goals.
- Assist in developing job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career paths.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to support change management and organizational improvements.
- Maintain updated OD documentation, policies, and development plans.
Bachelor s degree in a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Organizational Development
- Strong knowledge of OD methodologies, performance management, and training design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
