• Maintaining, growing, and initiating business relationships with contractors, procurement companies, Engineering firms and private clients through personal visits, telephone conversations, and other forms of media.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how and why the company can meet consultant, contractor, and owner needs
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing upon terms and conditions with contractors
• Achieving/ exceeding annual sales target.
• Prepare samples and literature for coming presentations.
• Follow up with existing projects.
• Maintain relationship with contractors and consultants.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the direct manager.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings.
• Ability to multi-task different jobs and at high past.

Sales / Business Development

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly presentable and Self Motivated.
• Time management skills
• Should have professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet etc.


• Building Materials Sales: Min 1 Year (Required)
• Lighting sales : Min 1 Year (Optional)

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
