Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance inspections on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubrication, checking refrigerant levels.

Troubleshoot repair mechanical electrical issues in Package and DX units.

Operate monitor building automation systems (BAS)

Assist with the installation testing of new HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with codes specifications.

Respond to emergency and after-hours calls related to HVAC and other facility systems.
