Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the travel consultant team in daily operations, ensuring consistent service quality.
  • Oversee flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and leisure travel arrangements in compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
  • Guide the team in offering clients alternative travel solutions, competitive pricing, and accurate quotations.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill complex or group travel requests.
  • Assist team members in issuing travel insurance, managing refunds, and handling escalated customer issues.
  • Monitor and ensure timely communication with clients regarding flight changes, delays, or cancellations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, vendors, and key clients.
  • Review and compile daily sales and operations reports submitted by the team.
  • Ensure team members follow up promptly on approvals, payments, and document collection.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4 7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, including ticketing and hotel reservations.
  • Proficient in Amadeus (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of multi-destination itineraries, fare rules, ticket modifications, and refund processes.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in managing group bookings and supporting team members with complex travel requests.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
