Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sampling, testing, reporting, and release of packing materials as per approved specifications.
Analytical review and approval of packing material test reports.
Review and updating of packing material specifications and related documents.
Review of primary packing material drawings and specifications and highlighting gaps, if any.
Artwork review, including color shade card matching and approval.
Maintenance of LSD shade cards, reference artwork, and reference samples.
Shipper development, evaluation, and approval.
Creation of inspection plans in SAP.
SAP COA (Certificate of Analysis) generation.
SAP data entry related to testing, release, and documentation activities.
Calibration and routine review of laboratory equipment.
New packaging development and execution of laboratory batches for compatibility study.
Ensuring availability of laboratory chemicals, glassware, and other testing consumables.
Ensuring compliance with GLP, including accurate data recording and online log entries.
Strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Preparation, review, issuance, and distribution of SOPs.
QMS document issuance and handling.
Periodic document review and maintenance of document control logs.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and internal quality systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduate/Graduate/Diploma.
Minimum 5 years experience in handling analysis of packaging material.
Must have in-depth knowledge of art work checks, shipper development & drawings related to packaging material.
