Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Efficiently assemble and pack products according to specific guidelines, ensuring meticulous attention to detail to minimize errors and damages.
  • Inspect products for defects and damages before packing, taking immediate action to rectify issues or report them to the supervisor.
  • Operate packing machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations.
  • Accurately record packing information, including product details, quantities, and any discrepancies, to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling, weighing, and arranging them for dispatch, while adhering to shipping regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols, and ensuring a hazard-free environment to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing targets, contributing to a productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Adapt to changing product lines and packing requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new procedures.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies to the supervisor to ensure continuous improvement in packing efficiency.
  • Adhere to all quality control standards and procedures, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, defect-free products.

Desired Candidate Profile



  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred to ensure basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Prior experience in a packing or warehouse environment is advantageous, showcasing familiarity with packing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality control standards, ensuring accuracy in packing tasks.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina, allowing for efficient and repetitive packing motions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
