Padel Coach ERTH - Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose

The Female Padel Coach is responsible for delivering high-quality padel coaching sessions to female members and guests, promoting participation, skill development, and a positive sporting culture aligned with Etizan and ERTH standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct padel coaching sessions for female participants across all skill levels (beginners to advanced).

• Design and deliver structured training programs, group classes, private lessons, and junior development sessions.

• Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment during all coaching activities.

• Promote padel programs, events, academies, and tournaments to increase participation and retention.

• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to improve technique and performance.

• Ensure courts, equipment, and facilities are used appropriately and maintained to required standards.

• Enforce club rules, safety procedures, and operational guidelines at all times.

• Support padel events, leagues, competitions, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with operations, membership, and sports teams for scheduling and program delivery.

• Maintain attendance records, session reports, and performance evaluations as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Padel Coach (FIP / Padel MBA / IPT / UAE-recognized certification preferred).

• Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience, preferably in clubs, academies, or sports facilities.

• Experience coaching female players and juniors is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of padel rules, techniques, and training methodologies.

• First Aid & CPR certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
