Job Description

Our client drives measurable growth for businesses through high-performance paid media campaigns. They specialize in multi-channel acquisition strategies, delivering ROI at scale for both lead generation and eCommerce brands. With a track record of managing six-figure monthly budgets across diverse industries, they combine data-driven decision-making with creative testing to maximize results.


Need to have qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads, each with six-figure monthly budgets
  • Proven track record in lead generation campaigns; eCommerce experience also valuable
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics for landing page performance analysis
  • Intermediate or higher Google Tag Manager skills, including setup, adding tags, and testing tracking across multiple platforms
  • Reporting experience using AgencyAnalytics or Looker Studio
  • Proficiency with Slack and ClickUp for team communication and task management


Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity, HotJar, or Lucky Egg for heatmap and user recording analysis
  • Basic understanding of programmatic platforms like StackAdapt or The Trade Desk, including setup and reporting


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads to achieve client KPIs
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns daily to maximize ROAS, lead volume, and conversion rates
  • Implement, test, and troubleshoot tracking tags via Google Tag Manager
  • Analyze performance data from Google Analytics and reporting tools to identify actionable insights
  • Prepare and present clear performance reports with strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative, targeting, and budget strategies
  • Stay informed on industry updates, platform changes, and emerging advertising best practices
