Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Execute and oversee Instagram boosting to increase reach, engagement, and visibility.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, focusing on CPC, CTR, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches.
- Track and analyze performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with the content/creative team to align ad messaging with brand goals.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices in paid advertising.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding, and performance optimization strategies.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media engagement strategies and audience insights.
- Basic SEO knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and results-oriented.
Desired Candidate Profile
