Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
A Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Their goal is to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI) by creating targeted, high-performing ads.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Multi-Platform Ad Management
- Plan, create, and optimize ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Handle Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Retargeting Ads.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
2-Targeting & Audience Optimization
- Conduct keyword research for Google Ads and interest/behavior targeting for social ads.
- Use Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting Strategies.
- A/B test different ad creatives, headlines, and calls to action (CTAs).
3-Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
- Work with web designers to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions.
- Set up tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters for accurate analytics.
4-Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs like Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost per Click (CPC), and ROAS.
- Use Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.
5-Campaign Testing & Innovation
- Experiment with new ad creatives, copy, formats, and audience segments.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and algorithm changes.
6-Competitor & Market Analysis
- Research competitor ad strategies and adjust JINI s campaigns accordingly.
- Identify new market opportunities and audience segments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in running Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Business Manager
- Understanding of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion optimization
- Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and improve ad performance
- Experience with A/B testing, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization
- Strong budget management skills to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
