Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) to identify trends and opportunities.

Conduct audience research and segmentation to maximize campaign targeting and effectiveness.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing pages aligned with campaign goals.

Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient media spend.

Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results.

Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media advertising.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2 5 years of experience in paid media or digital advertising.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, or similar reporting tools.

Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
