Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure and mix paint and coatings according to precise formulas and specifications, ensuring color consistency and quality control.
  • Operate and maintain paint mixing equipment, including automated dispensers, shakers, and tinting machines, troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on mixed paints, including viscosity, color matching, and appearance, making necessary adjustments.
  • Manage inventory of paint, tints, and solvents, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage to prevent waste and spoilage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is a must.
  • Possess a strong understanding of paint chemistry, color theory, and mixing techniques.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a paint mixing or related role within the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Familiarity with various paint types (e.g., acrylic, enamel, epoxy) and their application methods.
