Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist painters and sandblasters in surface preparation activities.
  • Perform cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking of surfaces before painting.
  • Support sandblasting operations by preparing materials and ensuring proper coverage.
  • Help in mixing paints and abrasives under supervision.
  • Handle and maintain painting and sandblasting tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Clean work areas, dispose of waste materials safely, and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Support painters in moving materials and setting up work areas.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic education preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in painting or sandblasting support roles (preferred).
  • Knowledge of surface preparation techniques is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
