Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Painting & Finishing Perform high-quality brush, roller, and spray painting on interior walls, ceilings, fixtures, and furniture. Apply finishes on various supports: gypsum boards, wood, metal, decorative surfaces. Match and mix paints to achieve precise tones required for luxury environments. Gypsum & Surface Preparation Execute gypsum board repairs: filling, sanding, patching, jointing, corner finishing. Prepare surfaces: cleaning, masking, priming, levelling, and smoothing to achieve flawless results. Repair cracks, dents, or imperfections ensuring seamless integration. Maintenance & Store Support Conduct touch-ups and periodic aesthetic maintenance in luxury boutiques and retail spaces. Work during off-hours if needed (before/after store opening) to avoid operational disruption. Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with brand standards. Quality & Safety Deliver premium-quality finishes respecting brand aesthetics and guidelines. Follow safety protocols when handling equipment, solvents, and spray systems. Maintain equipment in good condition (spray guns, compressors, tools). Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Painter, Spray Painter, or Gypsum Finisher, ideally in retail, hospitality, or luxury sectors. Excellent finishing skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work with airless spray systems, HVLP, and traditional paint application. Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and gypsum repair. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Understanding of health & safety rules related to painting and site work.
