Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for painting, tiling, or plumbing tasks by cleaning, scraping, and sanding to ensure optimal adhesion and a professional finish.
  • Expertly apply paint, tiles, and install plumbing fixtures, adhering to specific project plans and blueprints.
  • Measure, cut, and install tiles with precision, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, and a visually appealing design.
  • Assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring leak-free functionality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a basic level of education.
  • Holds relevant certifications in painting, tiling, or plumbing, showcasing specialized skills and knowledge.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on painting, tiling, and plumbing.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in various painting techniques, tile installation methods, and plumbing practices.
