Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview
The Paralegal will provide legal and administrative support to Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment s Legal and Corporate Affairs team. The role involves drafting and reviewing documents, supporting due diligence, coordinating with external stakeholders, and managing legal department invoicing and expenses. This position requires strong attention to detail, bilingual communication skills, and the ability to ensure legal processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
What You ll Do
- Draft and review standard legal documents, agreements, and templates under supervision.
- Assist with due diligence, licensing applications, and preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Proofread and redline legal documents for accuracy, formatting, and consistency.
- Coordinate closing and post-closing activities, including document execution and registration.
- Conduct factual legal research and prepare summaries for counsel review.
- Manage invoicing and expense tracking for the legal department, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Liaise with external law firms and government authorities for submissions and compliance.
- Provide administrative and operational support to legal counsels to streamline workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Law or related legal education.
2 3 years of experience as a paralegal with exposure to corporate and commercial law.
GCC regional or international experience preferred.
Strong drafting, proofreading, and document review skills.
Excellent communication in both Arabic and English.
High ethical standards, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
Proactive, independent, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
