Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured parkour training programs tailored to various skill levels, focusing on progressive skill acquisition and safety.
- Demonstrate and teach proper parkour techniques, including vaults, jumps, rolls, and climbing, ensuring students understand the biomechanics involved.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, identifying areas for improvement and offering personalized coaching.
- Create a safe and supportive training environment, enforcing safety protocols and risk management strategies to prevent injuries.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Holds a recognized parkour coaching certification (e.g., Parkour Generations, WFPF), showcasing formal training and expertise.
- Demonstrates 2+ years of experience in parkour coaching or related fields, indicating practical application of skills.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of parkour principles, techniques, and safety protocols.
