Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Client s Partnership Team
- Act as the primary liaison between the client s partnership team and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Prepare partnership sales pitches, onboarding decks, and address specific partner needs.
- Align partnership strategies with the client s growth objectives to deliver measurable results.
- Ensure Partner Needs and Rights Are Met
- Maintain open communication with partners, address concerns promptly, and ensure partnerships deliver value to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Work closely with creative, social media, and other internal teams to ensure deliverables align with partnership goals.
- Support the creation of onboarding materials and refine pitches in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Program and Project Management
- Manage partnership-related projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are effectively met.
- Client Servicing Focus
- Build trust and foster strong relationships with both the client and their partners through excellent communication and relationship management skills.
