Job Purpose

As a Partnerships Activations Officer, you role is to support delivery of strategic and tactical marketing activities for Skywards Everyday. Responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of activations, ensuring the efficient execution of campaigns and optimizing performance through data analysis and planning. The role requires collaboration with various teams to support the implementation of activation strategies and initiatives, including special offers, activation events and campaigns. This is a 12 month temporary contract.

In This Role, You Will Look After

  • Marketing Planning: Assist the Partnership Activation Specialist in implementing and updating the annual and quarterly marketing plan.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate the execution of marketing activations including offer configurations, set up, notifications and timely campaign communications to partners. Ensure alignment with campaign goals, monitor campaign performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Partner Communications: Equip partners with logos, marketing toolkits, point of sale material and quarterly newsletters to enable them to maximise promotion of Skywards Everyday.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to measure performance and inform decision-making. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance data-driven campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Partners, Internal Communications and Operations to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Serve as a liaison between the activations team and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related role.
  • Experience with events and sales promotions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint, MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of marketing technology and tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
