Roles & Responsibilities

Our existing team in Dubai is high powered and well connected, but they need their efforts amplified by showing brands how to reach the next level of growth through affiliate marketing and performance partnerships.

In this role, you ll be working with our Director of Community & Events, who will be able to support you with experienced guidance on how to organize amazing events.

This role combines strategic marketing, partnerships, and brand activation, working across events, content, and collaborations to drive visibility and credibility for Everflow.

What You'll Do

Brand Awareness & Marketing

  • Work with the global marketing and events teams to plan, promote, and execute high-value educational workshops, meetups, and thought-leadership sessions across the GCC.
  • Localize global campaigns and content to align with regional audiences and Everflow s brand voice.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and partners to develop educational content that drives real value for prospects and customers.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for editorials, podcasts, panels, and speaking engagements that position Everflow as a thought leader in performance marketing.
  • Represent Everflow at industry events and within GCC marketing communities to increase brand visibility.

Partnership Development & Ecosystem Growth

  • Develop strong partnerships with GCC-based agencies, tech platforms, networks, and other ecosystem players to position Everflow at the center of regional performance conversations.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships that can amplify Everflow s reach through cross-referrals, integrations, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Build long-term collaborations with partners that generate leads and mutual business growth.

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Be self-sufficient in ensuring events are consistent, professional, and impactful, while knowing when to ask the team for support when needed.
  • Coordinate all regional workshops and partner activations with the global team to maintain brand standards and high execution quality.
  • Help organize and participate in Everflow s four major in-person events across EMEA, hosted alongside key affiliate marketing conferences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must already be based in the UAE, with proven experience working across the GCC marketArabic fluency preferred Highly proactive and eager to take ownership over this initiativeAgency background preferred, ideally in marketing, media buying, or performance marketing3+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or event strategy within advertising, SaaS, or affiliate marketing industriesDeep understanding of the GCC marketing and advertising ecosystemStrong existing relationships with agencies, and media partnersExcellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skillsCreative, and self-sufficient, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teamsStrong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
