Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Partnerships Manager to support the delivery and execution of sponsorships during our festival period.
This is an execution-focused servicing role no sales responsible for ensuring our partners receive a seamless experience from planning through to live event days.
What You ll Do
Partnership Servicing & Coordination
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners.
- Coordinate branding requirements, approvals, and deliverables with internal teams (creative, production, event ops).
- Support partners in finalizing, preparing, and delivering their on-ground activations.
On-Site Delivery & Quality Control
- Oversee setup, branding installation, checks, and overall partner presence onsite.
- Ensure partner activations meet quality standards and festival guidelines.
- Manage partner needs during festival days stage mentions, sampling flows, queue control, visibility, and general support.
Operational Tracking & Reporting
- Track all partner deliverables and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
- Support with data collection and provide inputs for post-event reporting.

Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced event environments
Detail-oriented and operationally minded
Confident working onsite during build, live days, weekends, and breakdown
Professional, client-focused, and proactive
What You Need to Apply
- Experience in partnership servicing, event sponsorship delivery, or brand activation management
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work extended and weekend hours during festival operations
- Based in Dubai or able to commute throughout the event period
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
