Roles & Responsibilities

Parts and shipping Coordinator Job Description


Organized Coordinator (preferably with technical background) responsible for:


Parts Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of spare parts quotes against customer RFQ / business lead. Obtaining PO & advance payment from the customer.

  • Order processing in ERP system.

  • Keep track of warranty/goodwill parts supply.

  • Working close with Global parts & technical support team for providing timely assistance to customers and field engineers. 


 Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Prepare shipping documents & quotes for customers.

  • Negotiate with freight forwarders.

  • Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.

  • Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.

  • Prepare sales reports to After Sales Manager/ senior management.


Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Or any degree. One to Two years of working experience in the Parts & shipping industry will be an added advantage.


Skills Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong record-keeping and analytical skills. ERP / Computer literacy. Flexible working hours. Ability to multitask.
