Job Summary
We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated Parts Sales Executive to join our growing staff. Performs a variety of customer service, in store, marketing, promoting, advertising and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the parts department. Ongoing responsibility for assisting with the counter parts sales and customer service responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Parts Department:
01.Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs.
02.Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers come in contact with.
03.Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
04.Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
05. Provide service technicians with parts as required.
06. Assist with management in merchandising displays.
07. Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the company s standards and today's customer satisfaction.
08. Controls company s inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
09. Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
10. When working in the parts counter, follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the company. Processes cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale.
11. Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his job description.
12. Uses company s equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
13. Performs other tasks as required by the management.
14. Keeps himself groomed and clothed as per the company s guidelines.
15. Verify receiving documents.
16. Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to management.
17. Should be knowledgeable in merchandising.
18. Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and company s satisfaction.
19. Greet customers immediately in a courteous manner.
20. Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
01.Training from manufacturer Parts program preferred but not required.
02. Preferably Auto air conditioning and HVAC air conditioning parts back ground.
03.Ability to speak effectively one on one.
04.Ability to effectively listen.
05.Ability to interpret customer needs.
06.Basic computer skills.
07.High School or ITI or Diploma or Equivalent.
08.Good organizational skills.
09. 3 to 5 Years Experience.
