We are looking for a number of different positions on the project including, customer service focused Station and Train positions, for when the Metro goes live to the public.
As a Customer Service Staff, you will be delivering world class customer service and providing a safe and reliable train service to all passengers of Riyadh Metro.
Technical and Safety Critical Competencies
• The ability to manually drive trains
• Providing assistance to customers to enhance customer service and safety
• Training & experience in station and train evacuations in the event of fire or other emergency situations
• Understanding and experience of money handling procedures
Training will be provided to all successful candidates prior to starting the role
• Understanding of dealing with customers complaints and conflict resolution techniques
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Arabic language skills desirable
• Good numeracy skills required for the role
• Excellent customer services skills and previous customer services is prefered
• Ability to adhere to policies, rules and procedures
• Team player, able to support fellow team members and colleagues
