Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Entity: Semi-Government Healthcare Organization

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth patient journey by coordinating care, supporting patients, and liaising with medical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and follow-ups

  • Act as a primary point of contact for patients and their families

  • Provide clear information regarding procedures, services, and care plans

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient care

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Support patients throughout their care journey with professionalism and empathy

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient care or healthcare coordination role

  • IVF experience is highly preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Candidate:

  • Arabic national preferred

  • Background in fertility, IVF, or specialized healthcare settings is an advantage
