Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: Our company is seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Navigator to assist patients in navigating the healthcare system efficiently. The Patient Navigator will provide guidance, support, and coordination of care to enhance patient experience and ensure timely access to medical services. Key Responsibilities: Receiving patients, completing questionnaires, and conducting initial assessments of their needs. Coordinating appointments and procedures between different departments. Following up on insurance and administrative approvals. Communicating with patients to confirm appointments and monitor their treatment plans. Contributing to improving the patient experience and service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or diploma in a relevant field (preferably in healthcare). Experience in patient advocacy, healthcare coordination, or related roles is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
