Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Answer inbound and outbound queries via phone calls , email, and online chat

Effectively learn and utilize resources to effectively address patient concerns

. In person meetings with Patients to facilitate their medical journey .

Communicate efficiently and effectively with patients, healthcare professionals and the greater team.

Explain and orient patients on Blissed medical services and tourism packages.

Identify gaps in process and areas for improvement and to help implement changes to workflow

Complete administrative tasks related to patient registration and medical documents. Validating patient documents and update patient s account information

Perform other duties as required

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Medical background (pharmacy, medicine, veterinary or dentistry)

Experience in sales or customer service is a must.

Ability to work remotely with flexible schedule.

. Ability to perform in field duties as required is a must.

. Previous experience in medical tourism is an asset .

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse patient queries, diagnose issues and offer effective solutions is essential

Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset is paramount with ability to understand different arabic dialects.

Adaptability: Ability to showcase flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes

Time Management: Effectively managing high-volume queries and tasks at hand in a timely manner

Organizational Skills: Maintaining accurate record-keeping requires strong organizational skills
