Job Description
GENERAL OUTLINE
• Patient Services and Access to Medicine (AtM) Lead - ME directly report to Head of Market Access and Patient Services, ME
• Experience in pharma business or healthcare organizations not less 3 years:
• Capabilities:
1. Projects management
2. Communicative skills
3. Interactions with patient organizations
4. Target orientation
5. Strategic view
6. Healthcare expertise
7. Development of relationships with external stakeholders
8. Interactions with internal stakeholders (both on area and local level)
MAIN TASKS
• Development of the strategy and management of Patient services projects, Access to medicine initiatives and interactions with Patient Advocacy groups, support of local offices in order to develop and implement clear and transparent Patient Services function in ME
• Functional Responsibilities:
1. Development of Patients Services and AtM strategy for different therapeutic areas and support of local offices in the strategy adaptation
2. Adaptation of Global AtM initiatives, included in Sustainability program of Takeda
3. Interactions with Patients Advocacy groups
4. Support in organization of conferences, events and round tables with participation of Patients Advocacy groups, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders in order to develop healthcare and infrastructure for patients
5. Creation of Patient Services and AtM Governance in ME (standard operation procedures)
6. Interactions and collaborations with local Patient Services managers on monthly based
7. Communication and alignment with ICMEA, Global and GEM teams (Patient Services and Access to Medicine)
8. Collaboration with brand teams in terms of analysis of patients needs in different therapeutic areas and development of applicable projects and initiatives for them
9. Support of Market Access leads in development in implementation Patient access programs
10. Cross functional collaboration
