Job Description:
• Preparation of salaries (calculation of premiums, encoding of variable data in the payroll software) in collaboration with the Payroll Officer.
• Administrative management of attendance times (pointing, illness, leave ).
• Recruitment of trainees / students
• Follow-up of medical visits
• Fleet management and leasing
• Coordination and drafting of the company journal
• Encoding and tracking of invoices related to the department
• General support to the Human Resources Department
Job Requirements :
• Holds a +2 baccalaureate of Management, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent.
• 2 years minimum experience in a similar position.
• Flexibility, rigor, confidentiality, versatility.
• Relational sense developed.
• MS Office: advanced knowledge of Excel, good knowledge of Powerpoint, Word Publisher and Outlook.
• Mastery of Keypaie and TIM software (time management).
• Languages: fluency in German and French, English will be considered a real advantage.
