Job Description:
• Audit of check count after payroll run
• Creation and distribution of bi-weekly reports to various departments
• Preparation of salary cards for pension calculations
• Payroll tax reconciliation
• Handling all union accruals and year-end payouts
• Handling setup and payment of garnishments and child support
• Organize completed timesheets and reports for scanning
• Handling of non-union meal money payments
• Maintaining employee payroll files
Requirements:
• 1-2 years Payroll experience
• 1-2 years time keeping system experience
• Experience in applying and paying garnishments and child support
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in applying and paying garnishments and child support
• PC Skills Microsoft Office
