Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits deductions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to gather and verify payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, summaries, and statements for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and labor laws.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and explanations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of payroll best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and relevant labor laws.
- ERP system User (SAP preferable)
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Experience working in an office-based environment.
