Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to gather and verify payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, summaries, and statements for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and labor laws.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and explanations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of payroll best practices.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and relevant labor laws.
  • ERP system User (SAP preferable)
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment.
